The tenant will receive a copy of the establishment's rules for information purposes only on the day of arrival in their language or in English if their language is not available. For any dispute, only the contract written in Spanish and signed by the client will be considered legally valid.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The number of people staying under no circumstances may exceed the number specified in the reservation made by the tenant.
RESPECT FOR REST AND PROHIBITION OF EXCESSIVE NOISE: The tenant undertakes to respect the rest of the neighbours. Any type of music and/or excessive noise is prohibited in the holiday accommodation during the 24 hours of the day. Specifically, the tenant is requested to avoid any noise that may disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbours of the community or neighbouring areas from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following day. The tenant understands and accepts that any complaint or claim made by any neighbor of the community or neighboring property due to uncivil behavior or excessive noise by the tenant will entitle VN Consulting to take the necessary measures to address the situation, including, but not limited to, immediate termination of the rental agreement without the right to a refund. The tenant will be solely responsible for any legal consequences, including fines or penalties, arising from his or her uncivil behavior or for violating the noise regulations established in the municipal ordinance on civility and coexistence provided for in this regard.
SWIMMING POOL: In the event that the accommodation includes a swimming pool, whether private or communal, the hours in which its use is permitted by the tenant are those indicated on the community notice board, the accommodation notice board and/or in the pool area.
TRASH: Garbage must be deposited in authorized containers located according to the plan that you will find in the accommodation. The time for depositing garbage is from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
CONDITION OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation is delivered clean, fully furnished and equipped. On the day of departure, when leaving the accommodation, the tenant must leave it in the condition in which it was found on the day of entry, leaving it free of belongings, belongings, garbage and dirty dishes. The tenant is requested to make careful use of the facilities and NOT allow the drains to become blocked, otherwise the repair will be carried out at the tenant's expense.
RESPONSIBLE USE OF SUPPLIES: The tenant agrees to use electricity, water, air conditioning and other supplies responsibly and consciously of their impact on the environment. Failure to comply with this clause may result in additional charges or retention of the deposit, as appropriate.
• The tenant agrees to turn off lights, appliances and other electronic devices when not in use.
• The tenant is urged to take advantage of natural light by opening curtains and blinds during the day. The tenant agrees to avoid leaving device chargers plugged in unnecessarily. The tenant agrees to use water responsibly, avoiding unnecessary waste. The tenant is urged to turn off the taps properly after use and report any leaks to VN Consulting immediately.
• The tenant agrees to use the air conditioning responsibly, setting the temperature to reasonable levels (above 23ªC) and avoiding leaving them on when not in the accommodation. It is recommended to close doors and windows when the air conditioning is in operation to maximize its efficiency.
• The tenant agrees to make proper use of bed linen and towels. Damaged or stained items may be deducted from the deposit.
FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning included in the price paid by the tenant does not include washing dishes or taking out the trash. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the amount of 50 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, except outside or on the terrace (if available). In case of non-compliance with this rule, the amount of 200 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
PROHIBITION OF ANIMALS: The presence of animals or pets of any kind in the accommodation is prohibited due to considerations of allergies, hygiene, potential damage and in consideration of other guests. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the amount of 300 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
