Accommodation rules:
1. Groups of young people under 25 are accepted upon request and providing an additional guarantee of 300 Euros.
2. The number of people staying at the establishment cannot exceed those indicated in the announcement.
3. Please respect the rest of the neighbors from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The property reserves the right to evict guests in the event of complaints from neighbors.
4. Music and / or excessive volume noise is not accepted within 24 hours.
5. Please use electricity and water responsibly. If you are leaving the accommodation for a long time, do not forget to turn off the air conditioning and lights.
6. Garbage must be deposited in authorized containers located according to the plan you will find in the house. The schedule for depositing garbage is from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
7. The cost of final cleaning does not include washing the dishes or taking out the trash. In case of breach of this rule, 50 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
8. The pool schedule is set from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

The apartment is located in the Fenals area. It is a very quiet area and perfect for family holidays. It has a very complete infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, playgrounds, transport stops and multiple leisure places. It is a 15-minute walk from the town centre and its nightlife, for those who want to go out and have a fun and enjoyable time. Just a few metres away are the beaches of Fenals and Sa Boadella, recognised as some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava.
It is very easy to get around the village and to other villages in the Cosa Brava or larger cities such as Barcelona or Girona. We will provide you with information about city and intercity buses, taxi, car rental or transfer services.
