Collection and Use of Personal Data: VN Consulting will collect and use the renter's personal data solely for the purpose of managing and administering the rental agreement and its billing, including communication related to the reservation, the stay and any matter related to the vacation rental. Personal data may include, but is not limited to, names, nationalities, ID numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and payment details.
Legal Basis and Consent: VN Consulting ensures that the collection and use of personal data will be carried out in accordance with a valid legal basis as set out in the GDPR. The tenant gives his express consent to the processing of his personal data for the purpose mentioned above by signing this rental agreement.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data: VN Consulting undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the tenant's personal data and to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect them against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or any form of unlawful processing.
Sharing Personal Data: VN Consulting will not share the tenant's personal data with third parties, except when necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations related to the rental agreement. In such cases, the necessary measures will be taken to ensure that the third parties involved comply with the provisions of the GDPR. In order to comply with legal obligations, VN Consulting has contracted with the contract management and notification to authorities services platform Chekin.com. You agree that VN Consulting, responsible for your personal data, stores and processes the personal data that you provide to us through said platform.
Rights of the Data Subject: The tenant has the right to access, correct, rectify, limit, oppose and request the deletion of his/her personal data collected and processed by VN Consulting. To exercise these rights, the tenant may contact the data controller:

Likewise, and especially if the lessee considers that he or she has not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of his or her rights, the lessee may file a claim with the national supervisory authority by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid. 8.6 Data Retention: VN Consulting will retain the lessee's personal data for the period necessary to comply with the legal and contractual obligations established in the rental contract, as well as to resolve any related dispute or litigation.
